Couldn't be happier with Dr Ian Jeffries. Very thorough and a pleasure to see. I really appreciate that he always takes the time to at the end of the appointment to do a final check just in case there's anything else on my mind. I feel conformable discussing anything with him and feel that he genuinely cares. Worth his weight in gold!

Excellent surgery , that I have attended for over 20 years - Excellent Drs and nurses who are understanding and have always been caring and professional- The reception staff are welcoming,polite and helpful in what is a stressful role. Highly recommend

Cannot speak highly enough about this General Practice, from the administration staff to the Nurses and the Doctors. I have seen a few different GPs here, most of them young women who are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to listen and you feel like a person, not a number. Medicare rebates also processed on the spot!

Over the years, have had ten excellent experiences with NFP for every meh/average experience. They are now our primary practice for the whole family, and we've been really pleased with the variety of services/GP specialists available at a really good value

My husband and I have been going to this practice for 5 years, having seen a few different GPs and registrars as they have moved on over time. We are now both patients of Dr Jefferies. We can’t rate the doctors highly enough, they have always been thorough, used appropriate references to guide our care, offered investigations and referrals where appropriate. I have now registered our newborn with ease to have our whole family seeing the same GP.

Fantastic doctors especially Dr Elle with support in taking charge of my mental health. Been phenomenal in getting the medical and physical care needed for my family and myself when needed. Love the ability to get repeat scripts online as this is much more affordable than going in for an appointment. Genuine empathy and practical advice always.

So glad I changed over to this practice. Every doctor I have seen has been wonderful, staff do a fabulous job at trying to get you seen ASAP and accommodating as best they can. Everyone is friendly and they make me feel at ease each visit

I have been going to Newcastle Family Practice ever since I moved to the area 6 years ago. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The receptionists are kind and keen to help. When my regular doctor is away, other doctors are very comforting and thorough. Cannot understand where the 1 star reviews are coming from as every single one of my appointments here have been welcoming and highly professional.

The doctors are exceptional and the reception team are caring and efficient. I’m very grateful to be able to get my medical care from this lovely Practice.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shyam Gurudoss for over two years and recently followed him to the Newcastle Family Practice. I’ve always appreciated his experience, advice, and the genuine care he provides in every appointment, it’s always a valuable experience. When I heard he was moving practices, I was a little worried, but I’m so glad to find that his new clinic is just as kind, caring, and professional as he is. The reception team at is always friendly and welcoming, making each visit a great experience. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service Dr. Gurudoss and the team continue to provide. Highly recommend!
